Compassion is increasingly recognized as a key driver of patient outcomes, patients' experiences of healthcare, healthcare provider well being, and reduced healthcare costs. While patients' and families want it and healthcare providers desire to provide it, without a valid and reliable measure to assess compassion we are limited in our ability to understand, study, and deliver compassion. In this video, find out why measuring compassion matters and how and why the Sinclair Compassion Questionnaire (SCQ) was developed to address these gaps.
The SCQ is the best patient reported compassion measure available.
The result, the best patient reported compassion measure available.
